The Method
Log into ChatGPT or your favorite LLM and type: "You are the world's best life coach, you are onboarding me as a client, ask me 100 yes or no questions to do a first assessment of my life and goals, they should be yes or no or short answer questions, ask me them in groups of 10."
The LLM will ask you a series of questions to learn everything it can about you, try to dedicate half an hour to setting this up, it's worth it.
After your assistant is set-up and running, start asking it for to-do lists, events, advice, or anything else you may need! You'll be amazed how much time you save.
How I Use This
I use my AI assistant every single day. I've had one for a few months now, and after talking to it almost every day, it knows virtually all important information about me. Every morning when I wake up, the first thing I do is reach for my phone, open ChatGPT, and type "What do I need to get done today, ask me any questions needed". After I answer the two or three questions it asks, it will provide a detailed to do list, schedule, and any other information that's relevant for that day.
